Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor
Katia Rossi is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, currently a member of the Planning and Management Control Commission at the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome. She teaches Statutory Audit for the Master’s program in economic and accounting professions at the University of Tor Vergata and for the ODCEC of Rome. Additionally, she has taught Business Economics at high schools.
Dr. Rossi obtained her technical diploma as an Accountant and Commercial Expert Programmer at the I.T.C.S.P in Rome. She earned her Master’s degree in Business Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Commerce at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata,” with a thesis in Corporate Finance. She passed the qualification exam to become a Chartered Accountant at the same university, where she also successfully completed the postgraduate master’s program in Economic and Accounting Professions.

After completing the standard 36 months of training at two renowned Roman accounting firms, Dr. Rossi began practicing independently in 2011, offering her services to businesses and individuals across the country. She provides corporate and tax consulting to small and medium-sized enterprises nationwide, offering comprehensive support on all obligations, from company formation to dissolution.
Dr. Rossi has developed specialized expertise in management control and business process organization, aimed at tax savings and preserving corporate assets. Her deep knowledge of insolvency procedures makes her the ideal professional for companies in crisis or undergoing restructuring, as well as for family-owned businesses seeking to structure themselves, particularly with an eye on future generational transitions.
