Dr. Cristiano Maiolatesi graduated with honors in Law from the University of Roma Tre, with a thesis on Juvenile Law titled “Technological Progress and the Self-Determination of Minors.”
He completed a one-year internship at A.T.E.R. of the Municipality of Rome, where he gained expertise in tenancy and condominium law. In October 2022, he obtained his authorization for substitute advocacy and has since gained significant experience in conducting and managing hearings in civil law.
